All our items are sent Tracked 48 via Royal Mail and we use a physical Post Office, not online so when you receive your tracking number, it means we have sent it. Postage is the price we charge and you will see that on the label when you receive your item, so we are not overcharging you- it is the price put out by Royal Mail. We do have a returns policy of 14 days after receiving items but buyer must pay postage to return it.
