  Great communication. The item I received was just as pictured. There was a huge delay in shipping due to USPS and not the shipper's fault. Shipped Feb 14th, finally arrived Mar 24th. The box was very large and marked handle with care. Box had a little damage on the side, a small opening. This may have been part of the issue with late delivery. The part was bubble wrapped inside but not secured well. More packing material was needed. Luckily there was no damage. Item survived the trip.

  I rarely return return items that I purchase however, I did not pay close attention to the accurate description given on these visors and realized after ordering them that they would not fit. I asked to return them simply stating that I ordered the wrong item. There was no hassle and I promptly refunded in full. That's a great way to do business because I did not hesitate placing two more orders in which both turned out great and will not hesitate to do more business on e-bay.
