Package arrived as described and pleased with it. Communication with seller was good. However it arrived 6 days after estimated delivery date and 8 days after it was ordered, which is clearly unsatisfactory! Seller says it’s outwith his control but surely he can find another courier who do provide a reliable service? Couriers are letting the seller down. Courier in this case was Royal Mail.

Facts correct. it was sent same day, however completely unfair to blame me for Royal Mail well known failings. our parcels have a pencilled in date in bottom corner which is the date it left us, confirmed by ebays Packlink tracking. there was a choice of service but you didnt want to pay for it. I get a neg because of your cheap choice and Royal Mail failings. Ebay have these facts and do nothing to support sellers.

Ordered with advertised “free 3 day postage”. Items didn’t arrive. Other reports have alluded to Royal Mail failings. Everything else I’ve ordered recently via Royal Mail have arrived in the time specified and without issue. This is the seller’s responsibility to identify a reliable seller that is able to complete delivery as advertised (“3 day free”). I wouldn’t use this seller. It’s unfortunate there is no option to “block” sellers. No communication from the seller when I raised the issue.

There was NO communication from you. tracking shows when it was sent, and you just opened a case, AND I REFUNDED YOU. Just as a good seller should do. I have no doubt this will turn up with you at some point (now free of course). dont worry about blocking, scams only work once with me.
