    I wasn’t sent the item advertised. I received Bug clear but it was in a white bottle with a green trigger. The contents inside the bottle were not as listed on the red bottle. The seller told me it was exactly the same product but it definitely is not the same product. The one I received had Rapeseed oil listed as the contents not the same contents that are listed on the red bottle. Also it wasn’t 1L it was only 800ml. EBay refunded me & the item was returned to the seller.

    Item was falsely advertised. I ordered the brand lutti as is in the picture and description and i received the candycrave brand. Item arrived later than expected, a refund was offered however as they were already later than expected, I have no time to source anything else. Extremely disappointed that this item was falsely advertised, they were not cheap either. Be careful if ordering from this company. On contacting seller, I was told it was not a cheaper brand sent which it clearly was.

    The chocolate coins arrived a day earlier than expected and were adequately packaged. Despite the chocolate coin plastic container being split in transit all the chocolate coins were in perfect condition. The coins are as described and are an excellent product. The coins are perfect for the treasure chest that accompanies a short story I wrote for a six year old child. I would not hesitate to recommend this seller.

    I was sent a product that had clearly been returned as faulty by another. customer. It was split and leaking and the packaging and bottles had just been taped up. I asked for my product to be sent to me and was told that unless I paid to send back 4 split and leaking bottles, of something I had not ordered, I would not receive what I ordered. The bottles were too broken. I lost my money and never got my order. Discussing service!
