    Purchased as a gift and was expecting them to arrive in a jar like the picture and description states. They arrived in a ripped paper bag. When contacted the seller, I received rude messages and the seller clearly doesn't care about their buyers. I had not seen it says ' jar not included' until tonight. I wouldn't have paid £11.99 for some sweets in a bag as a gift had i have kniwn they came in a bag not a jar. Very misleading advertising and very rude seller.

    I wasn’t sent the item advertised. I received Bug clear but it was in a white bottle with a green trigger. The contents inside the bottle were not as listed on the red bottle. The seller told me it was exactly the same product but it definitely is not the same product. The one I received had Rapeseed oil listed as the contents not the same contents that are listed on the red bottle. Also it wasn’t 1L it was only 800ml. EBay refunded me & the item was returned to the seller.
