Item not as described, Seller has really disappointed as it did not send the correct specifications as described. Definitely not recommended and unreliable. I was really inconvenienced. I bought the highest battery capacity and was sent a lower one at 80% which means that it will require a battery renewal soon. I asked for a replacement and was refunded instead. Listing is active and customer service stated that there was none in the inventory although I checked availability daily. Buyers Beware

I am reiterating to you that I didn’t ask for a refund, I was very clear that I wanted a replacement so you need to accept responsibility and action accordingly. You made the mistake so you need to fix this. You still have 8 available since I asked for the replacement! This has really inconvenienced me and hope that eBay places more strikes on your company for failing to provide a solution! You should not be allowed to trade on eBay. My statement still stands to warn buyers to stay away from you
