Had great difficulty collecting the item from collection point as, apparently, the barcodes on the package wouldn't scan into the system & generate the collection code. They had my item, I had ID & the email saying it had been delivered but they wouldn't release it. After threatening to call the police the store manager arrived and a numeric code on the label was entered on the system, code was generated & I got my item. Frustrating
