  I ordered The Ordinary Soothing & Barrier Support Serum, which I picked up today in the mail and was really disappointed. It came without the box and had this plastic, which felt super sketchy, and when I opened it, the bottle was already half empty. Disappointing for a “brand-new” product. In the item description it stated that it was a new item. Shipping was quick tho. It also had dry serum as if it had already been opened. Not what I was expecting at all hoping to get a refund or something.
