I asked for the goods to be delivered to my local Argos and that is exactly what happened. I received an email containing a bar code and notification that my parcel was ready for collection. I turned up at my chosen Argos branch, told them I had an eBay parcel to collect, the bar code was scanned and I got the parcel. The whole process went exactly as promised and it’s often more convenient to operate this way if you can’t always be sure you’ll be at home.

When my purchase finally arrived I found it to be just as it was described in the listing, appropriately packaged but unfortunately the same can be said about the delivery time. I accept this is beyond the sellers control but now it's been highlighted to the seller hopefully they will consider using an alternative courier service in future. Still worth 5* but reluctantly.
