    Great service. Promptly packaged , shipped and delivered within timeframe. This is one of my favourites which I use all year round. The only problem , I find is that some greedy sellers charge exorbitantly high prices for this , when a bit of extra time searching, one can find a great seller who does not charge the earth for it. I reckon I have that very seller, who I highly recommend.

    Delivery was well late (probably because the item wasn't dispatched when mentioned & dispatched late) so it spoilt the birthday & so I asked the seller for a partial refund which they basically refused. The sellers communication was also very bad/non existent when I asked them for a full refund in the end after asking Royal Mail to return the item to the sender. I would definitely not recommend this seller & avoid them completely.

    Customer ordered on Friday evening 6:30pm, the item was dispatched Monday morning when we are back in the warehouse. Delivery was attempted by Royal Mail on Wednesday and customer refused delivery. Item was dispatched when we stated, using service selected by customer. But customer refused delivery. Customer wanted partial refund and to keep item. Some people are never happy, waste of everyones time...
