    No i do not want to revise this feedback. I did communicate with you about it and my experience was not good. Other sellers are much more obliging. These Bicycle Spokes are Not Refundable or even Partially Refundable under any circumstances. It does say as such in the description. Buy from Chinese and at least they give partial refunds on buyer mistakes. Chinese are cheaper and just as good quality. So I Think Customer Service Should Be Improved From Alex Warwick Cycles.

    It is essential to check all measurements before making any purchase of custom made products. We offer our customers assistance, via email, phone and even offer to make spokes to customer samples, you didn't take advantage of any of these services! Your measurements are your responsibility, leaving negative feedback rather than contacting us first to find any potential resolution is unacceptable. The Sapim spokes we supply are not comparable to other inferior products.
