  Lovely ornament. Box arrived v smashed in by EVRI, thank goodness you wrapped all three ornaments we bought from you well with bubble wrap because they would have been broken and smashed otherwise by the extent of the damage to the box. EVRI just throw boxes and parcels around in their cars and vans, they are notorious for it. We are so relieved everything was ok in the box. It would be a good idea in future to stick FRAGILE tape on the box so hopefully EVRI take some care in future. Thanku
