Item arrived quickly but unfortunately it had some damages to it, through no fault of the seller. I contacted their customer services and spoke with Johnny. He was super helpful and spoke with HAUCK to find me a solution I was happy with. Would recommend this seller, obviously we all hope there won’t be an issue with products we order but it can happen and at least with Alice Kiddiworld you know they will help if it does happen.
