Item is faulty plugged into pc and its not working when i told the seller they asked me if i cleaned the pcie socket speaking to me like i am a newbie but i built computers for years the item is faulty end of so i will open up a case if they keep sending me unhelpful replies

Package arrived on the final day, there was some damage to the box it came in. As to whether it works or not I can't say as the heater threw up a different fault code and ultimately I've bought a new one over throwing any more money at this one.
