  This must be the absolute best customer service I have ever received. I ordered it yesterday and received it today.   Product itself is good quality however it said in description it came with the bacalava and it doesn’t for $53 should have came with it I would leave a neutral but the seller was willing to give a full refund and was communicating and that’s always good business

  Tried to get items several times with no luck. Dealer said it was delivered, but never reached me. I contacted them asking for paypal refund or two cutting mats and neither was done. Of all the times I have had successful deliveries and some refunds, I RARELY ever leave poor feedback. Had to this time. $14. is my loss. UPS said they returned to sender and sender said it was delivered. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.
