N IRELAND, AREAS OF THE HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS MAY INCUR A SMALL SURCHARGE" I asked the seller to change the size, then the seller asked for extra £4 for shipping even though the purchase was made IN MAINLAND UK. I did not keep the shoes because I felt cheated by the seller. I paid £3.25 for postage but not £4, I think this is an additional profit.

  We sent the initial pair of shoes to you with free postage. Our prices include just enough to cover the cost of postage and a small profit. If we were to send the exchange pair to you at our cost again we would be loosing money, not a great business strategy! We offer to help with exchanges which takes a lot of time and in business time costs money. I do not think £4 to go towards the postal costs and efforts is unreasonable, as do hundreds of buyers we have helped previously who were happy !!

  These kitchen clogs/mules arrived in excellent time and were well packaged. I buy these mules every year or so as they're are the best I've found for day to day wear, and they are great value.   Boots arrived not the colour i ordered or what was shown in photos and description. Seller took 3 days to answer messages. Then said they would look into it. Not heard anything back. Would of returned but needed the boots. Dark brown is nothing close to the chestnut brown that was sent. This seller is letting buyers think that the item they are ordering is what is listed. Beware if buying from this seller you won't get what you ordered. Should of read their feedback before buying!

  Your message was sent after hours on a Friday, we replied on the next working day Monday, yes 3 days but our offices are closed over the weekend. We apologised for the picking error in our dispatch dept. You said it was OK and you wanted to keep the boots anyway?? This was many weeks ago, I do not understand why all of a sudden you decide to leave negative feedback after all this time?
