  Took the seller 6 days to ship the item. Purchased item on the 21st and did not get dropped off until the 27th. Purchased an owner's manual for a vehicle. Booklet came covered in dirt! Balls of dirt literally fell out of the manual and shipping envelope when opened. It's almost as if the item had been buried in the backyard. Not only was there no attempt to clean the manual, but I'm blown away at the fact that actual balls of dirt were shipped alongside the manual!
