  Exceptional ebay seller. The cookie jar was delivered damaged. It wasn't due to improper packing, seller properly secured the item & used plenty of packing peanuts. Regardless, seller gave us the option to return for a full refund or keep for a partial refund. Seller quickly refunded us an agreed upon amount & we kept the cookie jar.
