  The Good: Seller shipped quickly, was packed well. Part is as pictured in decent condition and works. The Bad: part was more than twice what other sellers on this platform were asking. Seller used a more expensive shipping method. Because of the price would probably not use this seller again. The technician who installed it was flabbergasted at the price I paid and said when the parts were available new they were $20. Even refurbished were about $40. At least my washing machine works now.

  A Five Star Experience!!! I contacted the seller, asking if the part could be shipped out that day - the seller had it in the mail within 2 hours. My item arrived in less than 48 hours, a day earlier than expected! The part was packaged well and in excellent shape. Unfortunately, this was not the part I needed, so I had to return - the return service was also a flawless experience. This seller has outstanding customer service.   Okay, so first, i know this seller could have been like alot of other sellers and raked me under the coals on pricing for this older model dishwasher timer. But the seller was cool, easy to communicate with, responsive, and even gave me a nice deal with the price. Best part of everything is that it works, i no longer have to babysit any cycle of the diswasher, very nice. So, seller, thank you, and thank you for shipping it out next day for me to receive by the 14th of jan. My hats of you sir!!!
