  Wrong item sent , boxed incorrectly the last thing you need when vehicle is jacked up and stripped. However return was free and communication good but had issues getting them to understand the issue in messages. Had to order the same from another supplier which fortunately was correct and arrived quickly.

  The customer communications and service has been fantastic. Delivery time was brilliant, packaging of the first unit was not adequate. There were issues with two mirror units for a vw t5.1, sadly these could not be resolved but with the feedback, communication and information I provided hopefully these issues can be resolved. The product was very good value if it was fully functional. Appearance was as new. Quality issues are letting this provider down as their customer service is first class.

  I inadvertently ordered the part with the wrong connection which I then returned to the seller. They sent out a replacement part which unfortunately Evri never delivered. The seller couldn’t have been more helpful whilst I was making enquiries and, after discussing with me, offered to send out a second replacement part which arrived promptly delivered by Evri.   Cannot recommend these guys enough - they are fantastic communicators and are happy answering any questions…they even checked my car details to ensure the part would fit before proceeding with the sale, which was a nice touch. Delivery was fast and good value (next day delivery), and the part arrived well packaged, secured and in new condition. The part itself is excellent quality (like brand new) and looks great on my car - will definitely be using them again!
