Item was as stated and was decent enough quality. There was a days delay in dispatching my order which meant that it arrived a day late and as was only 1 day I gave a positive, if was more than 1 day and given it arrived on a Saturday it would have been a neutral. And though he delt with it after my message and he was polite and friendly there was a delay to him replying. Other than this all was good.

Good service. A packing error meant I was sent the wrong filters (an easy mistake to make - P7023 sent instead of P7203) but they arranged collection and replacement quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I'd say that the true mark of good service is how a company responds when things go wrong, and these guys are first class. Buy with confidence.
