  Over a week after ordering a personalised top, it still hasn't been despatched. Tracking shows Royal Mail awaiting item 8 days later. Told seller i no longer want/ need the top as taken too long and want a refund, but seller not responding so had to ask Ebay to step in. Awaiting refund through Ebay. Do not buy from this seller! Seller also lied about responding to my msgs which they certainly did not!

  The original top was lost by Royal Mail. I told you this and was awaiting your reply about asking for you to confirm your delivery address, All your messages were replied to as you well know they were. many thanks andy

  Initially disappointed as both films arrived with significant damage to their cases. This can happen in the post but the packaging could also have been more secure. Dispatch was also not the quickest. But the seller responded promptly by sending two replacement cases which have done the job. So in the end a satisfactory experience. Thanks!
