  Product arrived broken. I sent a clear message with a picture, but the seller asked me to explain what was broken even though it’s obvious in the photo. It seemed like they didn’t even know what they were selling. Then they offered a partial refund and suggested I sell it to a friend. Totally unacceptable. I’ve now asked for a full refund.
