    This initially arrived with an incorrect cable despite the item description showing it fit my car. However, the seller, true to their description, were very good at resolving this, and their fix, a new cable, made the item work perfectly and it's a good purchase for the money - excellent customer service, all promises fulfiled and on time!

    The item didn’t fit unfortunately. The seller’s response was excellent. First, when I placed the order, they were on national holiday (Chinese New Year) but even during this time, they responded to emails even though they could not do anything. I was reassured they had my interests in mind. Second, when they came back, and discovered we couldn’t fit the item because of a missing cable, they offered full refund which was then processed with no issues. Great seller behaviour!
