  The order was processed instantly and the pump arrived just within the stated time, but still quickly, and was well packaged. The float was damaged before factory packaging, but I replaced it from the original pump as I needed the car running so didn’t contact the seller. Otherwise it was as described and shown and looked brand new, but was a third party item with a lighter motor than the original VW part. It works and the car is running good again.

  Having to chase my parcel up as it didn't arrive on time for it to be delivered to a neighbour I don't speak to is embarrassing and really poor communication no response after numerous attempts to reply they eventually reply back very slow delivery do not use Yodel after checking my door cam footage nobody knocked on my door and it wasn't delivered on time the part is a cheap Chinese knock off not of oe quality as described I wouldnt use this seller again poor poor service stay away .

  If your parts has arrived correctly then this company is fine. But my fuel pump was listed in their compatible vehicles but it was completely wrong. They took days to answer my messages then said in so many words the engine prefix can't be relied on. I will not be sending it back as looking at previous neg feedbacks people haven't received their refund, plus I will have to pay return postage. If your part arrives wrong (to put it bluntly) you're stuffed.

  Arrived on time and well packaged. In a proper transport box, the crank covered in cosmoline and wrapped in grease proof paper/wax. Excellent item, a huge saving on the OEM price of a crankshaft.
