  Contacted seller and requested a VAT receipt / invoice to cover order seller didn't seem interested in supplying a VAT receipt / invoice stating he was new to ebay and didn't know how to send a VAT receipt / invoice although he was VAT registered, not received any further correspondence since my initial request. Very poor seller standards

  Ordered the 2 small bottles but large one sent. Small discontinued. Order was for 2 people so couldn’t share bottle but seller was very kind and gave me a full refund. Was very quick to reply to my email and very helpful and apologetic. Would definately use again.
