Item exactly as described, excellent value and extremely quick shipment. Good quality and arrived in perfect condition, despite carrier ramming it through letter box and tearing outer packaging. Would certainly buy from this seller again.

    New branded & boxed items, as described, great value, perfect for my needs ~ pleased overall, thank you. Delivery well within estimated date via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Also the packing tape had split apart in places so contents easily viewable in transit. Thankfully though, none were lost or damaged. Best wishes, CJ

    Ordered on e bay, Delivered quickly, BUT, I then realised I had not read the small print way down in the description. Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response

    Item as described & OK. Delivery (Parcel Post) placed our item in someone else's porch. We were at home at the time but no-one rang our door bell nor at the address where the item was left. Our address was clearly displayed on the package so we eventually received it by the kind person who brought it to us.

    Do not buy from them. I suspect a significant part of their business is based on hoping customers won’t bother to return.Arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and given the somewhat excessive price for a single pizza box I contacted them seeking at least a partial refund given it would be an absurd waste of resources to return a torn piece of cardboard but their customer service is abysmal and their only response was to tell me to request a refund (but they only offer an option to return).

    Fast delivery but wrong colour sent. Initial response was poor and dismissive but they did then offer to open a return/refund. Time didn’t allow so I’ve kept the item 🤷🏻‍♀️
