I have never given negative feedback in 20 years but feel that this case is warranted. Seller sent only one of four items. I communicated this right away to them. They did provide an option to partially refund this item that did not fully cover the missing items but I agreed. They never sent the refund but instead consulted eBay to decide. eBay closed the case as the item was not a covered item. I will not purchase from this seller again.

Excellent shipping speed, as all three items I ordered arrived more than a week ahead of the estimated delivery date (which is hard to achieve when you are dealing with international shipments and it having to clear inbound customs). Items were very well packaged. Couldn't ask any more or better from a seller. Look forward to purchasing again. Exceptional service all the way around. Pleasure doing business with.
