Seller inexplicably cancelled order after payment was made. Before purchase I asked if the instrument came with the case and now and the seller said, “yes”. After the seller cancelled the order, I called the business and the seller said the instrument had no case or bow so they panicked and cancelled the order without any explanation or attempted contact in eBay. The right to do would have been to explain the mistake through eBay and make a concession in the price for the missing items.

Advertised as fully functioning.it was not. For return,seller required that I pay their ebay listing fee...and the shipping...of an item that was never right to begin with. One channel mostly out, broken jack..bad stat-icy knobs. Light out... The cost in returning it really makes it a bait and switch sale...I decided to keep this non functioning unit and pay to repair it. Either way I would loose money... Misleading seller from the start. Sent them a message about it...and crickets.no reply
