      Had to chase my item as zero communication from seller When asked where it was 8 days later it hadn’t even been dispatched and they don’t even have it in stock There’s other sellers on here offering similar use these as this one clearly doesn’t appreciate the business Disappointed from a local company but more are acting with an air of privilege nowadays and don’t really want customers

      Unfortunately our supply chain is full of small artisan producers and this does lead to unfortunate problems from time to time. This negative feedback is extremely harmful to two small local businesses, the kind which you claim to wish to support. It is also unrepresentative of the thousands of happy customers we have across the world. I hope you feel very good about yourself for choosing to deliberately cause harm to other people's livelihoods
