Please tell me why there are only seven bars instead of eight? I bought this same item at Costco when it was available and it came with eight bars. I noticed your description said seven bars but thought it might have been an error that was overlooked; the original package reads eight bars. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Also, couple of the bars have large areas of discoloration and one is dented from improper storage. Please see photo.

hello the listing stated 7 bars !! and showes clearly that the package is open you decided to buy the item so your negative review is not justify it is up to you to ask any question before you buy and sins the description and title stated what you have receive i dont see the issue

My item arrived on time and I could track it all along wich is nice. The package arrived a little bit damaged but as it was really well packed the item was intact. Unfortunately it was not exactly the one I ordered (don't know if there are two different kind of conditioner by Kirkland or if they changed the recipe). I got the wrong one. Buyer offered to take it back and refund but I didn't have the energy to send it back. It is okay for my hair, but not as good as the one I wanted.

Item did not look, feel or even smell like new. From the box to the item itself, I could sense this was at the least an old item or at the most a used and repackaged one. The box was all dented, although I understood that could have been from the shipper. That was not the reason to sense the item was not new. I don't think this was a genuine listing, which explains why seller does not accept returns.

you have receive a brand new item from the brand that i order myself box never open you are the first to open the box so i dont know regarding old item
