    The item I received was completely fake and nothing like what was advertised. The seller claimed it was from John Lewis, but the quality and packaging made it obvious that wasn’t true. When I raised my concerns, the seller didn’t take any responsibility and was quite rude in their responses. I did eventually get a refund, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly suggest avoiding this seller.
