I had first class communication with seller who sent me an email to say when the item would arrive. As this is a small company they have to keep costs down so they can give the customer the best value for money so items take slightly longer to arrive. I would ask anyone to support such companies you get a better more personal service not like the big companies who are only faces behind screens. I will be purchasing more from this seller. I have just received me replacement from them and everything is great. Delivery by courier. I would definitely recommend this seller.
