    The first blade, along with the first replacement that was sent both arrived damaged. It ended up taking three separate deliveries to finally receive one that was free of damage. The customer service representatives were generally understanding and for the most part helpful. They were quick to send a replacement, it still took a over a week of back and forth emails, photos and phone calls. During which time, as a direct result, I lost income.
