The package was delivered to a wholly different address 126 Earls Court Road, and has now been retrieved after they sent me a letter of explanation. saying they had received it in error. This is totally the fault of the Royal Mail delivery, who lied about this and supplied fake delivery photographs. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter, which is now resolved for both items. Sincerely, Andrew King

Item arrived and the box was dinted with one of the Blu Ray cases being badly damaged to the point that I had to order a replacement case. The discs worked so I informed the seller and although it took a while to sort out, they were kind enough to offer a 10% refund which covered the cost of the case replacement. Still in future I’d be a bit cautious of seller due to the state the item arrived in (damage was probably done in one of their warehouses rather than in transit).
