I ordered from this seller before and my experience was great. However, on my second order of the same product, the tracking stated my item was unable to be delivered due to damage. I contacted the seller for assistance to see if they may send a replacement out, but they ignored me! Three days later after opening a case, they issued me a refund with zero communication when I said I still wanted the item. I won't be ordering from them again, which is a pity as their flax oil is the cheapest.
