Cancelled this sale within 5 mins of the purchase as it was made in error (by a child). 24hrs later they posted the item knowing that there was a cancellation request in place ( i have the email proof) . An emailed came back saying they couldn't cancel as they had already posted . I contacted them to about this and had no response at all . Absolutely no communication and obviously desperate for sales
