    Ordered Tuesday, shipped Wednesday in accordance with stated 1 day dispatch time. delivered Monday morning, Parcelforce delivered in 3 working days instead of 2, not sure that qualifies as a lot longer. its within Parcelforces stated time for the delivery service used. As for no communication customer didn't message but instead opened a dispute over the weekend when nobody was here to respond to it, that dispute was updated with tracking and status of delivery first thing Monday morning.
