    Poor communication, order delayed, and wrong item received. Disappointing experience - I will not be buying from this seller again. The seller assured me I’d receive the model shown in the photo (grey). The order was delayed - I contacted the seller for an update, but they never responded. The order turned up eventually, but it was the wrong colour (black).

    The phone arrived 1 week late then the time frame provided. It was a very cheap knock off refurb but described as new. Very expensive, the phone was returned to seller straight away and they received it. since then it has been over a week & no communication or refunds from them even after my messages. Stay away from them. Will be reported to eBay and do not buy from them. Very poor service.
