    Do not buy! I recieved the wrong t shirt which was a mistake I get that! I told the seller sent pictures and did not send out the correct one! They just kept saying someone will be in contact and each time I chased got another generic message someone will Be in contact! Today is Red Nose Day and no replacement t shirt has been sent out and now I need to return the incorrect t shirt that my son couldn’t have worn because it was for a girl

    Just to clarify, as part of our standard process, we did ask the buyer to provide a photo of the item received so we could verify the mistake and arrange the correct replacement. We also offered a return for exchange, but unfortunately, this was declined, and the buyer requested a new item to be sent without returning the incorrect one. We always aim to resolve any issues fairly and quickly, and we regret that we couldn’t reach a resolution this time. We're always here to help and welcome
