  This item is EXACTLY what I needed! The item was exactly as described, in excellent shape, and works great once installed. Hopefully it will last another 60 years like the one I had to replace. I highly recommend this seller. I was met with Prompt communication and even added extra shipping options to fulfill an obligation.
