    I ordered a matt grey fan. They sent a Black one. I asked them to sort this out. They offered £1.99 partial refund. I suggested £10 they refused. It was THERE FAULT not mine. I have to send it back at my expense. I decided to keep the fan But, I would not buy from them again. Be careful with this company.

    Refund requested and given straight away as item was delivered to another address by Evri. Very good service by seller. I’ve had several issues with Evri so now won’t knowingly buy from a seller that uses them. All I have is a picture of a cardboard box lying in a puddle outside someone’s house.
