    I would like to say unfortunately UPS dropped the ball on getting the item shipped to me but the seller on the other hand was excellent as far as communication and working with me on the matter I did receive a refund and the seller's communication was outstanding we work together to resolve this issue I wish I could leave feedback to UPS because they would not get the positive feedback that this company is getting. I would highly recommend this seller.

    THANK YOU for reading this. Refurbished; Arrived WITHOUT BOX and DAMAGED! (Which I could let go on.). BUT Keyboard would NOT PAIR with newer A16 (10th generation) IPAD as was advertised. Made appointment with TECHNICIAN at APPLE STORE who also confirmed this as so. I have CALMLY contacted ALWAYS DEALS STORE aka CLICK GO AND BUY for a return many times but refuse to take it and now STOPPED RESPONDING. EBAY’S 30 day intervention period is now a thing of the past. They WON!
