    Contacted seller as order was wrong colour but came in a poor state i am sure it had been worn or tried on didn’t have a tag either Colour was washed out pink and looked like a rag when arrived Seller had said he would send another but i have had to keep messaging daily to remind him I felt better when he said he would send another replacement but he has now changed his mind and asked me to reorder The worst communication and retail skills never again

    Service is appalling. No communication with what is going on with order. But I was refunded promptly, clearly an item was out of stock as I was sent a refund; who knows. The item sent wasn’t the item marked as sent. VERY POOR administration techniques in operation. But I am thankful that on orders placed I did at least receive reimbursement for items that didn’t arrive.

    Never received item eventually got a refund just got the run around from this company they need better customer service and update Thier stock cause they marked jumper as posted two weeks later I text them only to be told that it would be posted that Friday nothing the next week so I asked for tracking no nothing so I asked for refund only to be told they couldn't get it from supplier and had never had it in first place .
