  Good quality tool at a great price. Delivery delayed by courier, 8 days delivery. Packaging OK, just a bubble bag, hex bits had come loose inside tool's case and were rattling about, but no damage. Would buy from again.

  Items as ordered, delivery suggest seller uses another courier, the Swiss music courier received parcel sat am, delivered to me Thursday pm, compared to other sellers I use this is poor. Have not given negative feedback since not the sellers direct fault but suggest strongly if you want people to return you change your postal method.
