    As a reseller, I was disappointed by the shipping time. You hit the loophole of printing a label within 72 hours but it took over a week for actual shipment. The item was perfect as described but the shipping and lack of customer service after I sent a message last week with no response was absolutely sub par.

    I ordered 7 of these dresses. I was issued a refund and sent a message asking why. Asking there wasn’t enough dresses to fill my order. I received no answer even I messaged several times. I received three dresses in the mail so that answered my question. But I need more and the listing still shows there are more in that size. I messaged again asking if there are more so I can buy more. Still no answers. The worst customer service.

    Made a purchase on July 24. Shipping label was printed on July 27. Contacted seller a few days later because package hadn’t been dropped off at the post office yet. Over a week later, no package, no response and item still showing not received by post office. Reached out to eBay 10 days after purchase. Instant response from seller along with refund. I really needed this item, now I have to look elsewhere. Seems this happens a lot with this seller. 😡
