    These were delivered great balloons would have purchased from supplier again but unfortunately did not receive other balloons purchased from same seller In this packaging that the seller is saying I did even after photos showing missing items, and seller reply was not great customer service so unfortunately would not purchase again ( otherwise these balloons were perfect)

    Item never arrived, initially seller was apologetic, after further delays and request for a refund due to no longer required, seller insinuated I was using eBay's policies to my own gain to get a refund and keep the item, even though I had stated I was happy to return if it did not arrive. To date the balloons never arrived, and I had to request eBay to step in regardless...

    Initial message was sent the moment the ESTIMATED date of delivery lapsed, even though it is just an estimate. You demanded an immediate refund and threatened actions like negative reviews and escalating the issues to eBay, quoting eBay policies and your rights. This is a bit much for an initial message don't you think? We replied asking you if you could wait a day or two for it to arrive and we will provide a free return. You failed to respond and carried out threats as soon as you could.
