  Ordered the phone but it was not delivered so I asked for a replacement A new phone arrived In my postbox at midnight but when I opened the parcel the phone box was empty as shown In the photo. The parcel didn't look to have been tampered with as the labels were intact. The mistake could have happened before it was sent as it could have been an empty box. As I was in need of a.phone I have bought one from another company and now asking for a refund. I will return the empty parcel if required.
