  I was quite upset at first when my item came and wasn t the one that was originally advertised. The seller however explained that they had recently taken over and that they themselves have had problems with their supplies. So it was nice to receive an official apology and had even offered a partial refund to compensate. Thankfully I can still make use of the item I had and had the option to return it.

  Worst experience. Ordered a £18 genuine LEGO, but received a clear fake worth £4. Even without opening the box, poor quality and the poor packaging, cheap print, and missing LEGO branding made it obvious. Seller refused refund, only offered 80% off. Feels like a scam. eBay should stop this.

  Not fully meeting description so a small partial refund issued. My next purcahse will no be from this seller as I would not have ordered (even at the lower amount after the small partial refund) had it been clearer to start with so a bit disappointing versus very similar item I had previously bought on ebay with another seller. Only used this seller for a colour option I could not get with the other seller that was much better

  Although I am unhappy with the product, seller has offered a refund with a replacement and a gift of $20 as compensation. I m pleased with the quick response to resolve the issue.
