Purchased 3-19-2024 finally shipped on 3-23 received it 3-28. This has been the slowest item to reach me in Florida so far and I bought items from almost everywhere in the USA before and had arrived quicker. When I opened perfect box fender was kind of as described but the tip light was unusable. His pictures didn’t show this nor was it described. Wire harness was also cut making that un-usable as well . You messaged me asking for 57% discount & I said can’t do. Then you asked for 32% discount, & I said can’t do. Then you asked for 18% discount, & I said can’t do. I offered 10% discount and then you asked for $10 more, I said OKAY. You received your order, & you came up with a new reason to get the price you originally offered, and I did not comply with your request, & I asked you to return the item if you are not 100% satisfied with it but you keep asking for more discount. Life is too short.

Very poor communication on shipping, cost me an entire day of work having to wait on the package. Bear in mind he removes the vent screws from these tanks and they are not a separate part that Harley will sell you. Premium price for subpar service, look for other sellers.

I know you had to be at the location to sign for the package. Per our previous conversations, eBay requires all orders with value of $750 or more to be sent with signature requirement to protect sellers and buyers. I really couldn't overweight eBay policy. I know what I said it wasn't what you wanted to hear but I do not call it a "poor communication". Regarding the missing vent screws, I did not remove these screws. Item came in this condition and I did show in my pictures the vent valves.

American Biker Skin is spot on. The item came exactly as it was described and I couldn't be happier. Packaged perfectly and it was obvious they wanted to make sure it wasn't damaged during shipment. Bubble wrapped and even placed on a cardboard platform within the box and marked fragile on the outside. Thanks guys!!!!!!
